The recently opened Cantonese restaurant is trolleying out an exciting suite of yum cha dishes. Curated by hatted head chef Sebastian Tan, the new menu fuses traditional Chinese brunch favourites with a Sydney-style twist. Feast on fluffy, steamed BBQ pork buns, delicately translucent pork & chive dumplings, comforting chicken & mushroom congee or sweet and sticky honey-glazed char siu pork.
JINJA’s yum cha is available weekly for lunch, Wednesdays to Sundays.
